1. Please use the 30-day trial before purchasing
Where a 30-day trial is available, FAZ 3D Lab strongly recommends using the trial to confirm that Asset Nodes works with your supported software version, computer, renderer setup and intended workflow before you purchase a paid license.
2. Paid digital licenses are generally final
Because Asset Nodes is digital software and a trial is provided for evaluation before purchase, paid license purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the marketplace or merchant of record that processed the payment.
3. Before you buy
Please review the supported versions, product requirements and current feature information, and use the available trial for real workflow testing. A change of mind after purchase, purchasing for an unsupported version, or deciding not to use the software after purchase will not normally qualify for a refund.
4. Technical problems
If a paid product does not install or operate as described on a supported configuration, contact [email protected] with your platform/version, purchase source and a clear description of the issue. FAZ 3D Lab will make reasonable efforts to troubleshoot the problem and provide available guidance, a fix or an update where appropriate.
5. Marketplace or payment-platform purchases
If your purchase is processed by a third-party marketplace or merchant of record, that provider may control the transaction, taxes, invoicing, disputes and refund process. Its mandatory rules may apply in addition to this policy.
6. Exceptions required by law
Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, or if the payment platform is legally required to provide one, those requirements take precedence.
